My dental journey began in Nevada, during my junior year of high school, when I started working part time for our family dentist. This path eventually led me to the Dental Hygiene Program at Sacramento City College, where I graduated (along with classmates Kelly and Kathy) in 1989. In September of the same year I joined the awesome team here at Peters Family Dental! It's true what they say about time... it really does fly! I can't believe I am on my 30th year at this fabulous office. I feel blessed to have developed great, long term relationships with my patients and teammates. It's hard to believe that a "part time, after school" job turned into a 35 year (and counting) professional career.
Having grown up in the country, I am really a cowgirl at heart. I live up in the mountains with my husband and in my free time I enjoy riding my horse and spending time with "the kids"... 2 dogs, a horse and a parrot...OH MY!
